MIND PROGRAMS | IN-PERSON & ONLINE THERAPY SERVICES

Find grounded, compassionate support through therapy and mental health services tailored to your journey.

  INDIVIDUAL THERAPY  

In these 50- or 80-minute, one-on-one sessions, we focus entirely on you. Whether you need to move, talk, or both, our holistic approach meets you where you are. We listen deeply, understand your goals, and work collaboratively towards the next step — grounded in care, connection, and proven strategies.​

 RELATIONSHIP/FAMILY 

These 80-minute, two/three/four-on-one sessions give you and your partner(s), family members or colleagues space to slow down, listen, and really hear each other. Through a blend of proven approaches, we work together to address what’s happening right now while building a stronger foundation for the future — one conversation at a time.

  WALK & TALK  

In these 50- and 80- minute sessions, we take therapy to the trail. After a few in-person or video sessions, client and therapist can discuss including Walk & Talk sessions into their work together. Engage in therapy amidst the trees throughout all seasons. W&T can be especially beneficial for clients who enjoy being outside and walking and for those who experience greater clarity and calm through movement. 

GROUP THERAPY

In these 6-12 session programs, connect with others in the same muddy trenches. Whether it is burnout, anxiety, or grief, leaning on the support of others who "get it" is a strong foundation for reconnecting with ourselves and our own lives. Through therapist-guided discussion and discovery, learn strategies and gain insight to support our lives today and the tools to support ourselves in the future.
