 ADULT PROGRAMS 

Build strength, stamina, and confidence with training designed to meet you where you are. From high-energy group sessions to personalized coaching, our adult programs adapt to your goals and lifestyle - inside & outside the gym.

GROUP COACHING

Join the sweatiest social club! Register with a seasonal membership and attend the group classes which best suit your goals, schedule, and day.  Participate in our complementary quarterly check-ins to track progress and chat about how it's going - inside and outside of sweat sessions.

TEAM COACHING (2-6ppl)

Grab a partner (or up to four friends) with similar-ish goals and train together with JVR. Alongside your coach, we'll build a one-of-a-kind program specifically catered to your crew that merges movement training with lifestyle and mindset coaching. Adds accountability, energy, and fun to your workouts while staying anchored to your personal intention and goals.

TEAM COACHING (7-12ppl)

Do you have a team looking for mind and/or body training and coaching? Same terms as above but adjusted for larger groups. Your team - your goals.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING

One-on-one personalized training and coaching built entirely around your goals, schedule, and preferences. The fastest way to see progress that sticks. Each session includes an individualized workout, lifestyle check-in, discussion/education, and habit-building homework.

SPRYkids is more than a movement class or a summer camp. It’s a mind + body experience built for curious, creative, and energetic kids. Each program is designed to help your child build resilience, confidence, and community—through movement, mindfulness, and FUN.

Playful, engaging movement programs that encourage curiosity, confidence through tumbling, hanging, climbing, and playing upside down. Designed to help kids discover joy and trust in moving their bodies.

Athletic-based movement programs that invite experimentation and exploration as we build a robust, dynamic, and powerful base for movement and sport. With a particular focus on conditioning and coordination, each program encounters speed, agility, balance, and mobility training through progressive and playful lessons and challenges.
